Pumps, Road Rage and Luminariums...

...Just a few of the topics from this morning's Beat Breakfast. Lets take them one by one shall we...

Ballet pumps. A type of woman's flat shoe to which Gary Barlow takes particular offence. We're not sure why but he doesn't even like them backstage at a Take That gig.

Road Rage. A baffling phenomonon which sees people lose their temper far more easily than normal. We heard some horror stories from listeners who had even been assaulted!

What the heck is a luminarium, you ask. It's gonna one of the major attractions at this year's Spraoi Festival in Waterford City, as revealed on this morning's show and it sounds pretty cool to me. You can find out more at www.spraoi.com

Other things that we learned this morning, women don't make good bosses - so asy askmen.com and the term Biffo has been around even linger than Brian Cowan has been Taoiseach. In fact Mary admitted Kilkenny people use it regularly to describe anyone from Offaly.

This morning's going for a song goes as follows - "Chatting teacher's bosses take paved passage without destination"
Youll find the answer here.

And Vinny's Big Hard One...Change the first letter of a word for part of the human body, and you'll get an item of clothing worn on that part of the body. What are the two words?
ANS: Foot and Boot! Simples :)

Rightio...more craic agus ceoil amarárach!
